Who is responsible

What we collect, and why

• Sign-up: your name, email address, account type (Regular or Business) and, for Business accounts, the business name. We use it to run your free account and to send you PRODANY news. Legal basis: your consent and our agreement with you.
• Contact and advertising requests: your name, email address and message, used only to answer you. Legal basis: the steps you ask us to take, and our legitimate interest in replying.
• Emails you send us: kept to answer you and to keep a record of our conversation.

We do not sell your data. We do not collect payment details: payments happen on the seller's checkout.

Who processes it for us

Your data is stored on our web hosting server. If you agree to receive news, your name, email and account type are also kept by our email newsletter provider, which may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards required by law (standard contractual clauses).

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is open, or until you withdraw consent. Contact messages are kept up to 3 years, then deleted.

Partner shops

When you click through to a partner shop, that shop's own privacy policy applies to what happens there.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or take a copy of your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time (every newsletter has an unsubscribe link). Write to contact@prodany.com. You may also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro).
