Partner products

Items bought from a partner shop are returned to, and refunded by, that shop under its own returns policy. Please follow the instructions in your order from that shop. Do not send any item to ANYPROYES S.R.L. or to PRODANY: we hold no stock and cannot accept parcels.

Our digital products

For digital products sold by ANYPROYES S.R.L. you have the legal 14-day right of withdrawal, except where you asked for immediate access at checkout and confirmed that you lose this right once the download or access starts, as shown on the checkout. If a file does not open or is not what was described, write to us and we will fix it or refund you.

Printed and Kindle books

Books bought from a marketplace are returned under that marketplace's policy.

Services

Cancelling a service (for example the Clipping Service by ProDan Media) follows the written agreement for that service.
